TERMS & CONDITIONS:
DESIGN FEES Billing is based on a rate of $60 per hour. There is a half-hour minimum charge of $30 per job.
PROOFS Every effort has been made to insure accuracy. However, the client is responsible to carefully check their
project. Client is given (5) proofs at no charge. Additional proofs may be billed at a rate of $60 per hour.
APPROVALS When proof is acceptable, please mail or e-mail “OK to print”. Jasmine Design Group will NOT be held responsible
for any omissions or errors. Once written approval is received, no changes can be made.
SHIPPING Shipping is included in the printing costs. Printing is normally delivered in 7-10 working days for standard jobs.
Allow 10-15 working days for custom jobs.
OWNERSHIP Jasmine Design Group is to maintain ownership of artwork, except for logos, which are owned by the client.
There will be a charge to transfer artwork to other companies. Artwork may be used for promotional purposes.
TERMS Prepayment is preferred for STANDARD print products, but 50% down with NET30 is acceptable. CUSTOM print products are 50% down with NET30. PayPal or credit card transactions must be prepaid. Overdue Accounts: A $35 late fee may be accessed.
